What do I do if I have been told my username/password combination doesn’t exist?
If you are unable to log in to your account, please try to reset your password.
You can reset your password by following these steps.
I’ve forgotten my password; how do I reset it?
1. Go to the Sign In page.
2. Enter the e-mail address you used to create your account and click Forgot Password?
3. Instructions explaining how to reset your password will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered.
Please Note: If you provide an e-mail address that does not have an account for our system associated with it, you will not receive a password reset e-mail. If the e-mail does not arrive in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
What do I do if a student does not appear in my class?
If one of your students does not appear in your class in the e-assessment system, you can read this article: How do I add students to my class? Or you can contact your school administrator, who is responsible for uploading the initial list of students to your class. The school administrator or the teacher can add students to the class.
What do I do if the data for one of my students is not displaying in the report?
If the data for one of your students are not appearing in the result reports, you will need to contact the EQAO support team at email@example.com to retrieve the student’s data.
