The questionnaire for school administrators is found in the e-assessment system. Following the completion of the assessment, please complete the questionnaire.
School administrators can access the questionnaire by selecting the Principal Questionnaire tab on the main navigation panel after logging in.
You will be directed to the Principal Questionnaire tab where you will be able to click on the blue Principal Questionnaire button. The date when the Principal Questionnaire should be completed is listed above the blue button.
